Giggly products are available in Arabic, in English, or in both languages together. Each product’s language is clearly stated on its page before you buy.
Digital products will be available for download as soon as purchasing is enabled and the store is approved. The store is currently being prepared and reviewed.
Once the store is activated and your payment has been completed successfully, the download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also access your files through your order page on Lemon Squeezy.

Because of the digital nature of the files, digital products generally cannot be returned once they have been delivered. However, if you experience a technical problem, a failed delivery, a duplicate charge, or a product that is materially different from its description, please contact us first at hello@giggly.toys and we will help. Where appropriate, refunds are handled through the payment provider’s refund process. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
