Current store status: The Giggly store is preparing for launch, and our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, is currently reviewing the store. Purchasing is not yet enabled, and no purchase can be made at present. The sections below on payment and delivery describe how these work once the store is activated.

1. Introduction, Acceptance of Terms, and Eligibility

Welcome to the Giggly store. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing visits to and use of the giggly.toys website, and the purchase of digital products for children and families once purchasing is enabled in the store.

By using the website or completing any purchase, you acknowledge your full agreement to comply with these terms and with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you are using the website on behalf of a minor or child, you acknowledge that you are their lawful guardian or legal custodian and have full legal authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

2. Nature of the Digital Products

The Giggly store offers digital educational and creative content for children and families, including printable activities, coloring books and pages, worksheets, activity packs, and other digital resources for children and parents, such as eBooks, in Arabic and/or English.

Giggly sells digital products only, delivered electronically as downloadable files (mostly PDF). No product involves shipping tangible goods or delivery to a physical address.

Products are available in standard electronic formats suitable for home use and regular printing, as described on each product’s details page.

3. Prices, Currency, and Payments

Current status: Purchasing is not yet enabled in the store while Lemon Squeezy reviews it, and no payments are being processed at present.

Product prices are displayed in the currency specified on the store page or the checkout page. Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice, and only the price shown at the time the order is completed applies. Applicable taxes, if any, may be calculated on the checkout page.

Once the store is activated, checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, meaning it acts as an authorized reseller of Giggly’s products and processes the payment transaction. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction.

The available payment methods are those shown on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page at the time of purchase, and the customer is responsible for providing correct and valid payment details. Giggly does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes (CVV); payment details are handled by the payment provider.

4. Digital Delivery and Access to Download Links

Once the store is activated and payment is successful, digital files are delivered electronically: the download link is sent to the email address used at checkout, and the purchase receipt is sent to the same address.

Access to orders and download links may be subject to the payment provider’s checkout and order systems, including the order pages Lemon Squeezy provides to customers.

The customer must provide a valid, working email address to receive receipts and download access, and is responsible for the accuracy of the address entered.

We recommend downloading the files and saving them to your personal device or your own cloud storage as soon as you receive them, to ensure easy access and keep them safe.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage License

Intellectual property rights: All products, illustrations, and files displayed on Giggly are either original and owned by us or used under licenses that permit their digital use and distribution.

Usage license: When you purchase any digital product, Giggly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for family and home use, or for other permitted educational use (such as in the buyer’s own classroom), according to the product description.

Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited to resell, distribute, or share the files, upload them to public websites or social media groups, modify them, exploit them commercially, or use them to train artificial intelligence models without Giggly’s prior written permission.

6. Personalized Products

Giggly does not currently offer personalized products (such as stories featuring a child’s name). If they are offered in the future, the following terms apply:

• The customer is asked to provide the details needed for personalization, such as the child’s name, age, and preferences.
• The customer is responsible for checking the spelling of names and details before submitting the order, as personalized content is prepared based on the inputs provided.
• It is not permitted to enter any texts, names, or requests that violate public decency or infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Acceptable Use of the Website

Website users agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its servers, use automated data extraction software (web scraping), or attempt to breach the protection and security measures in place.

Giggly has the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.

8. Content Accuracy, Printing, and Technical Compatibility

We make every effort to ensure that digital files are compatible with various devices and common operating systems, and to provide a comfortable experience for use and home printing.

The quality of colors and actual printing may vary slightly from one device to another depending on the type of screen, the type of printer used, and the quality of the paper and printer ink, which is beyond the store’s direct control.

9. Limitation of Liability and Legal Warranties

The website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties beyond those provided for by the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

Giggly bears no liability for any indirect damages or damages resulting from the customer’s misuse of the files or the customer’s loss of their own data after successfully receiving them.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

We rely on third parties to operate the website and complete transactions, including:

• Lemon Squeezy: to process payments, complete orders, and deliver download links, once the store is activated.
• Our hosting provider: to host the website and our email service.

Services provided by these parties are subject to their own independent terms and policies, including Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy. The website may also contain links to external websites or accounts (such as our social media accounts), which are subject to their owners’ terms and policies.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Giggly reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time to keep pace with technical or regulatory developments or to improve the level of service.

Any amendment takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, with the “Last updated” date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the website after amendments are published constitutes your implicit acceptance of them.
